The Lake Street property is a 12,000-square-foot strip center serving a South Lake Charles neighborhood. The brokerage arm of Redd Properties, NAI Latter & Blum/Lake Charles, was hired by the owner/investor to lease up this brand new retail center. In addition to Zeus Mediterranean Kitchen, a chiropractor, nail salon and popcorn store have leased space at the center. As the website was going live there was a 2,200-square foot space available.
