The drone imagery in the Ravias project shows three industrial properties, two of which were BTS projects managed by Matt Redd and built out by Redd Construction. The first to be built was the Sunbelt Rentals property on land that Redd and developed for Sunbelt Rentals at the corner of Beglis Parkway and Ravia Road in Sulphur. Meanwhile, a third-party investor bought the 12 acres of raw land behind Sunbelt Rentals and hired Redd Properties to clear the land and prepare if for development, where a 30,000-square-foot machine shop was ultimately built for Setpoint Integrated Solutions. Shortly thereafter the third-party investor behind the Setpoint deal had Redd Properties and Redd Construction build a 7,500-square-foot speculative building that NAI Latter & Blum/Lake Charles leased to Kaefer, the 100+ year-old marine and offshore construction company with over 30,000 employees worldwide. The investor in the Setpoint and Kaefer projects has retained Redd Properties to identify suitable sites in other Louisiana locations for build-to-suit and speculative development projects.
