Jessica LeBlanc

Jessica LeBlanc brings nearly 25 years of executive administration and operations management to her role at Redd Properties as Office Manager. The Lake Charles native (St. Louis Catholic High School and McNeese State University) is a Licensed Realtor (2013) with expertise in managing correspondence and communications with clients, owners, investors, tenants and other real estate professionals, including contracts and listing agreements associated with marketing or transferring property ownership.

Related, Jessica maintains working knowledge of state and federal real estate laws and routinely manages confidential information with attorneys, banks and other professionals and institutions associated with managing a real estate office. She is proficient in the MLS, including searches and making changes to listings, as well as GIS systems for identifying properties, ownership/titles, location, property size and tax assessment. She is adept with all inner-office tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Office, Dropbox and others. In addition, Jessica manages inventory and ordering office supplies.

Prior to joining Redd Properties in 2021, she worked as a Realtor and Administrative Assistant in Lake Charles and earlier, in an administrative role in a local doctor’s office.

In addition to St. Louis Catholic HS and McNeese State, Jessica trained at the Burk Baker School of Real Estate and Appraising where she acquired the education necessary to earn the Louisiana state real estate license.
On a personal note, Jessica is married to Chance LeBlanc and they have three children – Abby, Gabe, (both in their 20s) and Zachery, a high school student. She is a member of the Women’s ACTS Community and also involved with Teen ACTS. Her family are members of our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church and she has taught CCD at Christ the King Catholic Church. The family are also members of Krewe de la Famille. Jessica loves spending time with her children and family and especially loves to watch and support her youngest, Zachery, at St. Louis Catholic High School where he plays on the baseball team.
